  • vector field game. Interaction prototype that I think is begging to be made into a game. Move the mouse to affect the vector field, space goes to the next "level".
  • sillyhtml: type some space-separated urls in the box and press enter. I was actually trying out a funny idea for how to go about authoring web pages and that page exists just to test that. Does not work in Google Chrome.

  • For some reason I really love graphs.
  • An idea for an interesting look that I never figured out how I would turn into a game. It works nicely in the Wii's web browser. Version 1 Version 2
  • A flash toy I made based entirely on a particular mood I was in (relaxing, listening to some ambient music on Pandora.com). It's not really a game and not intended as a prototype of anything. It's actually really boring.

  • A prototype made in flash that allows you to quickly adjust properties related to controlling a character in a 2d game. I was considering making a game about playing with the rules of a simulated world. This prototype convinced me making such a thing fun would be a bigger challenge than I thought.
  • This is a work-in-progress version of an OpenGL project where I explored various ways of controlling a characters movements in 3d with just a 2d pointing device. Pressing the home key cycles through 5 or so different schemes. I'd like to talk about the system I put in this for editing most values at run time, but it wasn't fully hooked up yet in that version. I'll have to put the newer version up some time.
  • Another prototype for a character controlling scheme was hidden on my 404 page. The little blue box just keeps jumping toward the mouse cursor.
  • Easily my worst prototype ever: ReallyLameProtoType
  • An experiment in a shmup with a "beat". I was also teaching myself AS3 with this one so it didn't get very far over the weekend. Square Versus
